The bell or combo callouts aren’t making any sound Check your phone isn’t in silent/mute mode and that media volume is turned up. If sound still isn’t working, try force-quitting and reopening the app.
How do I choose which strikes get called out? In Training mode on the Home screen, tap Customize Strikes to enable or disable any strike, or pick a Sport + Level to quickly set a preset.
Can I add my own strikes or combos? Yes — in Training mode, use Customize Strikes to add your own custom strikes, or use Custom Combos to build a specific fixed sequence of strikes.
What’s the difference between Training and Sparring mode? Training mode calls out combos while you work. Sparring mode is a plain, quiet round timer with no voice — just rounds, rest, and the bell, for when you’re working with a partner.
Is my data private? Yes. Bout collects no data and works entirely offline — see the Privacy Policy for details.
